TRAVERSE CITY, Michigan-Made Honda Motor Co., the civic LX sedan small diminished Consumer Reports reviews and rates already well enough in the publication "recommended" list, a consumer magazine said Monday.
Civic decreased from "very good" in previous reports, consumer reviews from small-made sedans on the market in the US, and has been tested, evaluated further in the last 12 models.
Consumer Reports criticized the new Civic choppy ride and excessive road noise, but on the positive side, he said that it will be the best fuel efficiency among small-made sedans, the only Toyota Corolla.
"While the other models such as the Hyundai Elantra get better after she was recast, the Civic has decreased so much that now ranks in the bottom of its category," said David Champion, Director of Consumer Reports auto Test Center in Connecticut.
Elantra was on the evaluation of magazine for small-made sedans.
American Honda, in a statement, said he does not agree with his assessment of Consumer Reports, a small sedan, whose predecessor models were often rated by Consumer Reports.
"Virtually all the way, is completely redesigned 2012 Civic step forward," he said. "The new Civic excels in areas which have a small car customers, including efficiency, safety and reliability."
Consumer Reports, said in a statement that the competition between small-made sedans has intensified with the reformed items this year.
That said, the adjusted models rating "very good" include the Ford Focus and the Kia Forte.
New Chevrolet Cruz also led all right, but has been criticized for its fuel consumption.
He scored another on the last Civic between dozens of small test-made sedans only, before bouncing off the Volkswagen, which is also adjusted for 2011.
"Some of the older design of small-made sedans, such as highly efficient Toyota Corolla, Nissan Sentra, a spacious and quiet, the best sports and competitive," said Consumer Reports.
