Cadillac rolls out new design for their authorised dealers

While the fat cats at General Motors mulling, outside of North America before the end of 2012 to expand production of Cadillacs, the focus is on the customer experience at the brand is here in the States, to improve dealers. A new design for Cadillac showrooms, which are the standard in the country today rolled out the Detroit automakers.

The new look includes contemporary architecture and high-quality materials, such as for example English oak, Matt porcelain tile and brushed stainless steel accents, and is the work of architects Gensler, who worked with the Cadillac design team. GM says the new showroom-design features a more open layout, interact with the customers better with the cars and the car dealership staff and features also a customers lounge with a coffee bar.

The first dealer the makeover get is suburban Cadillac of Ann Arbor, which you can check out in the photo gallery bellow. GM said that more than 200 Cadillac dealer in the States are completed within the next two years a similar upgrade to their business.

"You want in the luxury market to compete, you need the right environment for customers to create", said Mike Mosser, general manager of suburban Cadillac. "The new showroom welcomes prospective buyers with a look that puts us at the top of the class in the luxury market," he added.
