I believe that gassy
Officially, the Chevrolet Volt gets 60 mpg when operated with electricity and gasoline. But a GM engineer who ran an electric-only mode for several weeks, 1,554 miles traveled half a gallon of gas — or 3,108 mpg.
The Andy Oury videos posted by GM also shows the Volt "maintenance mode," where the car engine detects has Sat unused and turns on for a few minutes to circulate the liquid. If the entire Oury doesn't use gas container within one year, the Volt will run a longer engine burn to empty the tank before it gets stale gas. The Nissan leaf employs a similar strategy to keep fuel fresh — although it only operates on diesel used by tow trucks.
