"In a whole week living in my apartment, KT and friends are more than enough time to search through literally everything inside to rifle through every document, every picture, every drawer, every container for storing and any part of the clothing I own, essentially to me inside and leave nasty mess behind."

It continues:

"The kitchen is a disaster – the receiver stored high with filthy dishes, pots and pans burnt and ruined. Comet Cleanser is dumped everywhere; the kitchen counters, wood furniture, my gorgeous new bed frame, the Bureau my printer ... all were quickly doused in powdered Bleach. Death-like smell resulting from the bath is frightening (and still is) and the bathroom sink was caked with become crusty yellow substance. "

"We are now focusing our attentions on how to avoid a problem like this happening again."

Guest post on Tech Crunch CEO of Airbnb.com Brian Chesky underlined some of his company's efforts to improve safety. They include the doubling of its staff to customer support, experimenting with VoIP and video chat to improve communication between guests and the host and to tools for verification of user profiles.
