Mark Webber says that Red Bull will not be in an instinctive reaction, after his defeat by McLaren and Ferrari at last weekend's Grand Prix of Germany.
Drivers Webber and Sebastian Vettel, who have dominated the season so far, can finish only third and fourth in the circuit of Nurburgring after self-sufficiency of their tires and making that degrade faster than rubber of their rivals at the end of each stage of the race.
This, coupled with the victory of British Grand Prix from Fernando Alonso, means Red Bull has become two races without a win for the first time since September of last year.
However, Webber says no there is panic Vettel still has a point of 77 Commander main on the Australian in the drivers Championship, while the team is 112 ahead of McLaren in the race for the prize of the builders.
"Is not necessary for a knee-jerk reaction," said the Australian during the preparations for the Grand Prix of Hungary. "We do not intend having meetings or plan any faster than us [General] things." We know that we take nothing for granted, we have done that for 18 months, we will get there quickly.
"[Red Bull Chief technician] Adrian [Newey] is working very hard with his group of people and [Designer] Rob Marshall and his people is working hard."
"We're not cruising around". We are examining what works conceptually for our car for the remaining races. We were a bit out of rhythm in the circuit of Nurburgring, [but] not much. We challenge for the victory, but we have to go faster again.
"That's what we have to work, we learn about ourselves going racing and that is the most important thing-to react in a positive and constructive manner in the later part of the fair and square blows."
